A Pahang business, four decades in the making.
Kronoshop has been part of Pahang since 1983 — back when buying a fridge meant walking into a local shop, talking to someone who knew the brands, and trusting that the same shop would still be there if anything went wrong.
Forty-three years later, that part hasn't changed. We're still owner-run. The shop you walk into still belongs to the same family that opened it. The team that sells you a washing machine today is the same team that will deliver it, install it, and fix it when it eventually breaks down.
What has changed is everything around that. We grew from one branch to two — Temerloh and Mentakab. We built a proper warehouse to back up the showroom floors. We brought installation in-house because we wanted to be accountable for it. We set up our own repair workshop after one too many customers asked us to fix something they'd bought elsewhere.
And we moved onto Shopee, Lazada and TikTok — not as a side hustle, but as a serious second front. Today a customer in Penang or Kota Bharu can order from us, get the appliance delivered to their door, and even courier it back to our workshop if it needs servicing later. Same business, same warranty backing, same support team.
The technology changed. The way people shop changed. The geographic reach changed. The standard didn't.

Our repair workshop services major home appliances regardless of where they were bought or where the owner is. Within Pahang, we pick up. Outside Pahang, you courier the appliance to our Temerloh workshop — we diagnose, repair, and ship it back. With over 3,775 repairs behind us and six full-time technicians, we're an appliance service centre that operates regionally and reaches nationally.

Every product we sell is sourced through proper channels, with the manufacturer warranty intact. When something needs warranty service, you walk back into the same branch you bought it from — or, for marketplace customers, WhatsApp us and we'll help you through it.

Kronoshop is owner-run, with a team of 17 across two branches, a warehouse and a workshop. The hands that load your delivery van are often the ones that fitted the unit.
