Drop it off or we pick it up
Small appliances — bring them to either branch. Large appliances — we arrange pickup. Pickup fees depend on location and are quoted upfront.
Final diagnosis, then your call
Once we have the unit, we diagnose it properly and quote a firm price. We only proceed once you've agreed. If it's not worth repairing, we'll tell you straight.

Package and courier to us

We diagnose and quote
Once it arrives, we diagnose and WhatsApp the firm price (parts + labour + return shipping). You confirm before any work starts.
Repair and return
We repair, test, and ship back. You pay on completion (online transfer / DuitNow) and we release the courier.
- You bear shipping both ways. We always quote return shipping with the repair price.
- For very large appliances, courier costs may exceed the repair value — we'll be upfront if so.
- Risk in transit is the courier's responsibility — we recommend insuring high-value items.

National courier (outside Pahang): You arrange and pay shipping both ways. We help estimate the round-trip cost when we quote.
When it's worth repairing (and when it isn't).
- Fridges and washing machines under 7 years old — usually worth repairing, especially when it's a single failed part.
- TVs with screen or panel damage — often not worth it. The screen is most of the cost of a new TV.
- Air-conditioning over 10–12 years old — depends on the fault. Sometimes a proper service brings it back; sometimes the unit is at end of life.
- Anything where the repair cost is more than 50% of buying new — we'll usually recommend you replace it instead.
When you ask us, we'll tell you which side of the line your appliance is on. Even if it means losing the repair job.
