Good to know before you come.
Do I need an appointment?
No — both branches are open daily and you're welcome to walk in. If you want to view a specific model or speak to a particular sales rep, WhatsApp ahead and we'll have it ready.
Can I bring an appliance in for repair without booking first?
Yes. Both branches accept walk-in repair drop-offs during opening hours. For larger items like fridges and washing machines, message us first and we'll arrange pickup.
Do you have demo units I can see running?
Yes — TVs, refrigerators and washing machines are on live display at both branches. For aircon, water heaters and other fixed appliances, we can show you cutaways, brochures and similar installed units we've completed.
Can I pay with credit card, Atome or in installments?
Yes — cash, credit and debit cards, DuitNow QR, Atome and SPayLater for buy-now-pay-later, and credit card installment plans through Maybank and Public Bank. Other bank installment plans may be available — just ask.
I'm coming from out of town — can you reserve a unit for me?
Of course. WhatsApp us the model and your visit date, and we'll have it set aside.
I'm outside Pahang. Can I still buy from Kronoshop?
Yes — through our Shopee, Lazada or TikTok shops we ship anywhere in Malaysia. Same business backing every order. For installation in your area, we recommend the platform's installer partners or your local technician.
