Old appliances are responsibly handled — working units may be reconditioned for charitable resale, non-working units go to licensed e-waste handlers.

Buying via marketplace.
When you order from our Shopee, Lazada or TikTok shop:
- Shipping: Handled by the platform's courier partners. Standard delivery times apply (typically 2–7 days).
- Installation: For appliances needing it (aircon, washing machines, large kitchen units) we recommend platform installer partners, your local technician, or WhatsApp us first to decide what's needed.
- Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies as normal. We can support you with documentation and platform communication.

What we need from you.
- Clear path for the appliance to pass
- Cleared installation site — old appliance disconnected (we can do this) and area swept
- Power source ready
- Water source ready for washers, dishwashers, water heaters
- Someone home — an adult to receive delivery
- Building permission for some condos and high-rise buildings
